Lookoutravirello started in 2024 when we compared two "natural" face creams and found the cheaper one had the better formula and the more honest box. The pricier one had a waterfall on it. That was the whole difference.

So we built the site we wanted: short verdicts, scores you can compare, and reasons you can check. We are not against natural products. Plenty of them are excellent. We are against the idea that the word does the work.

How we score

Wear-test coordinator. Recruits and runs our rotating panels of four testers with oily, dry, combination and sensitive skin, keeps the logs, and decants products into numbered pots for blind comparisons.
